How do I log a bowel movement?

Tap the "+" button on the home screen. Select the Bristol scale type, color, size, and add any notes. Tap Save to record your entry.

Where is my data stored?

All your data is stored locally on your device. We do not use cloud servers or databases. Your data stays private and under your control.

Can I export my data?

Yes, Premium subscribers can export their data. Go to Settings and use the Export option to save your logs.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete individual entries by swiping on them, or delete all data from Settings. Uninstalling the app also removes all data from your device.

What is the Toilet Finder feature?

Toilet Finder uses your location to find nearby restrooms using Refuge Restrooms and OpenStreetMap. Your location is only used while the feature is active and is never stored.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

How does the free trial work?

Premium subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

How do I restore my purchase?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

Troubleshooting

The app is not working properly

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, restart your device. Make sure you have the latest version installed from the App Store or Google Play.

Health data is not syncing

Ensure you have granted the app permission to access Apple Health or Health Connect. Go to your device's health settings to check and update permissions.

Ads are still showing after subscribing

Try restoring your purchase from Settings. If the issue continues, close and reopen the app. Contact us if the problem persists.
